FAQS:

When is the silent auction? The silent auction will go live on April 7th and run through April 20th. Anyone can bid on items, even if they are unable to attend the live event. Donations are being accepted through April 5th. DONATION FORM.

 

What does my Spring Soiree Fundraiser ticket include? Tickets include full open bar, passed appetizers, dinner, entertainment, and paddle raise.

 

When and where is event? Galleria Marchetti, 825 W. Eerie St. from 7:00pm-11:00pm. 

 

What is the attire? The Spring Soiree Fundraiser is a cocktail party, although cocktail dress or suit is not required. Come dressed how you feel your best self.

 

Is there parking? There are paid parking lots and street parking in the area. There will also be valet services provided for $15 per vehicle. As the event includes alcohol, we also recommend scheduling Uber or Lyft.

 

Who may come to event? The event is for adults only, 21 and over. We welcome our LPHS adult family members, LPHS faculty, staff, coaches, administration, alumnae and LPHS community friends.

 

Is there reserved seating? There will be plenty of open seating options, but we are offering reserved seating as part of our Family Sponsorship packages within the tickets link.

Am I able to purchase or contribute towards an LPHS faculty/staff ticket? YES PLEASE! On the ticket purchasing link, you are able to buy or contribute towards a staff ticket. This is a great way to support our amazing LPHS faculty and staff.
